Single Screw Partial Reclaim System
A single screw partial reclaim system is the most economical floor design available. It contains a single screw type auger located at the back wall of the abrasive blast room. The single screw partial reclaim system contains the major components found in all ABS Blast Room reclaim systems including metering shed plates, heavy-duty screw, belt and bucket elevator, 20” airwash separator, perforated plate rotary drum separator and oversized abrasive storage hopper with a caged man ladder and handrail. This is a basic “automatic” reclaim package that can be expanded to an “H”, “U”, or full floor reclaim system, allowing the operation to be expanded at a later date as the needs grow. It is best suited for low to medium production levels.
