Pneumatic Crane Slot Doors
When your material handling needs require the use of an overhead bridge crane to move your parts into and out of the blast room, a pneumatic crane door is a great option.
The crane door is designed with heavy-duty pneumatic cylinders and 10-gauge framed door panels to provide a standard 3′ wide opening at your desired length to move the loaded crane into the room. The components are controlled from the ground with ABS Blast provided push button controllers. After the part is positioned in the room, simply move the crane out of position and close the crane slot with the touch of a button.
